Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients
• Perform department-specific administrative tasks and ensure accurate documentation
• Follow supervisor directives and adhere to department policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree (AA) required
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience required
• No specific license or certification required
• Experience in healthcare and/or customer service preferred
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
