Job Summary

Patient Access Services Representative performs a variety of registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and billing duties in a full-time capacity, assisting with both inpatient and outpatient access to medical services while also training new employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts admissions, registration, and scheduling activities while entering data into the computer system
• Verifies patient insurance coverage, obtains necessary authorizations, and documents financial information
• Assists in training new employees and may perform billing and collections duties

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years of relevant experience required
