Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service and managing patient interactions, the full-time Patient Access Specialist will work remotely, ensuring accurate patient information collection, appointment scheduling, and adherence to HIPAA regulations while residing in IL, IN, IA, MO, or WI.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently practice a Patients First philosophy and maintain high customer service standards
• Collect and verify patient demographic information and schedule appointments effectively
• Utilize technology to verify insurance eligibility and manage patient data accurately

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of customer service or medical office experience
• Proficiency in computer data-entry and typing at 40 wpm
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
