Key Responsibilities:

• Manage new patient scheduling and appointment coordination
• Ensure accurate patient registration and information verification
• Contribute to patient satisfaction initiatives and resolve inquiries

Required Qualifications:

• One year of experience in a medical office setting or equivalent
• Thorough knowledge of PAS policies and procedures
• Demonstrated advanced PAS user skills
• Extensive knowledge of integrated care at OHSU
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
