Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and address patient inquiries while adhering to service level agreements
  • Schedule appointments using the Epic electronic medical record system and manage patient registrations
  • Resolve customer service issues promptly, ensuring patient satisfaction and confidentiality


Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a contact center or phone-based customer service role
  • Basic computer literacy and the ability to type 50 WPM with accuracy
  • Familiarity with contact center software and technology
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
