Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist to provide advanced services to patients, providers, and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced services including billing support, claims assistance, and prior authorization tracking
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer requests in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with internal and external service providers to ensure compliance with program policies
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of four years of experience in customer service, medical billing, or related fields
  • Experience in healthcare, business administration, or similar vocations is beneficial
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
