Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced services including billing support, claims assistance, and prior authorization tracking
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer requests in a timely manner
- Establish expertise in payer trends and coordinate with service providers to ensure compliance with program policies
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of four years of experience in customer service, medical billing, or related fields
- Advanced customer service experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- General knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred
