Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced services including billing support, claims assistance, and prior authorization tracking
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer requests in a timely manner
• Establish expertise in payer trends and coordinate with service providers to ensure compliance with program policies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of four years of experience in customer service, medical billing, or related fields
• Advanced customer service experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• General knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred
