Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist (Remote in Wisconsin/Michigan).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for patients and customers, providing assistance via phone and in-person
• Complete financial clearance activities, including appointment scheduling, referral completion, and pre-registration
• Deliver exceptional customer service to meet the needs of patients and healthcare providers

• Minimum education requirement: None
• Preferred: Completion of a vocational technical program in a related field
• Minimum experience: Proficiency in using a computer and telephone
• Preferred: Knowledge of medical insurance and one year of experience in a healthcare facility
