Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Patient Access Specialist to assist patients in accessing healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, scheduling appointments and providing support
• Assist patients with MyChart account setup and usage, including password resets and feature guidance
• Document calls accurately and escalate complex issues to senior specialists as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or similar roles that require patience and professionalism
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and learn new software quickly
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with accuracy
• Open to feedback and eager to learn new skills
• Curiosity about healthcare systems and processes
