Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to and triages a high volume of appointment requests via calls, emails, and electronic messages
  • Completes scheduling tasks from work queues, including managing referrals and rescheduling appointments
  • Documents patient information and inquiries, ensuring clear communication with clinical staff regarding patient needs
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of medical office or call center experience
  • Entry-level computer skills as required by the department
  • Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills
  • Accurate data entry skills
