Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist who will provide exceptional customer service and support to patients in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high standards of customer service and maintain patient confidentiality
  • Collect and verify patient demographic information and schedule appointments
  • Participate in quality assurance reviews and suggest process improvements


Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of customer service or medical office experience
  • Proficiency in computer data entry and typing (minimum 40 wpm)
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
