Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary C3 Patient Access Resource Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers while managing scheduling and referral processes
  • Ensure administrative and financial preparation of patients prior to their visits, including verifying insurance and demographic information
  • Assist in visit preparation and referral management, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with relevant parties


Required Qualifications
  • One year of experience in a medical office setting with high-volume patient contact, or one and a half years in a public contact position with six months in a medical office
  • Thorough knowledge of Patient Access Services (PAS) policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated advanced user skills in PAS and knowledge of integrated care
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and online scheduling
  • Experience with electronic health records and patient scheduling is preferred
