Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations
  • Collect and verify patient demographic information and schedule appointments effectively

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of customer service or medical office experience
  • Proficiency in computer data-entry and basic computer skills
  • Ability to type 40 wpm and multi-task effectively
  • Customer service oriented with excellent organizational skills
