Job Summary

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in patient access or healthcare-related roles
• Proficiency in medical terminology and insurance protocols
• Knowledge of HIPAA and Protected Health Information (PHI)
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to flexible schedules
