Patient Access Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist- Part Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls providing front-line customer service to patients, physicians, and staff
• Schedule and coordinate simple and complex patient appointments for respective clinics
• Prioritize patient problems and provide appropriate patient instructions

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Demonstrated customer service experience in a medical or fast-paced retail environment
• Call center experience preferred
• Ability to work part-time from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• This is a bargaining union position
