Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist- Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls providing front-line customer service to patients, physicians, and staff
- Schedule and coordinate simple and complex patient appointments for respective clinics
- Prioritize patient problems and provide appropriate patient instructions
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Demonstrated customer service experience in a medical or fast-paced retail environment
- Call center experience preferred
- Ability to work part-time from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- This is a bargaining union position
