Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Collect and verify patient demographic information and assist in scheduling appointments

Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of customer service or medical office experience
- Proficiency in computer data-entry and basic computer skills
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Customer service oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
