Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist (Differential Waiver).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate insurance eligibility, prior authorization, and referrals for medications and procedures
• Communicate with third-party payers and healthcare professionals to prioritize requests and verify patient benefits
• Document work in the case management module and collaborate with various teams regarding patient care actions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post-secondary education is helpful
• Minimum of two years of experience in a hospital or clinic setting required
• Understanding of medical terminology and insurance processes is required
