Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist II in Practice Operations for a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to and triages a high volume of appointment requests via calls, emails, and electronic messages
  • Completes scheduling tasks from work queues, including reschedules and wait list management
  • Documents and distributes messages regarding clinical inquiries to ensure proper follow-up by medical staff
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of medical office or call center experience
  • Entry level computer skills as required by the department
  • Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills
  • Accurate data entry skills
