Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist II in Practice Operations for a remote opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to and triages a high volume of appointment requests via calls, emails, and electronic messages
- Completes scheduling tasks from work queues, including reschedules and wait list management
- Documents and distributes messages regarding clinical inquiries to ensure proper follow-up by medical staff
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 2 years of medical office or call center experience
- Entry level computer skills as required by the department
- Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills
- Accurate data entry skills
