Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist to support patient inquiries and scheduling in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming and returning calls while providing exemplary customer service
- Respond quickly to patient inquiries and schedule/reschedule appointments using EMR systems
- Assist with additional duties as directed and provide program-specific information
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or call center preferred
- Lived addiction experience is a plus
