Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist to support patient inquiries and scheduling in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming and returning calls while providing exemplary customer service
  • Respond quickly to patient inquiries and schedule/reschedule appointments using EMR systems
  • Assist with additional duties as directed and provide program-specific information
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or call center preferred
  • Lived addiction experience is a plus
