Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist who will assist in managing patient access and inquiries in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming and returning calls while responding quickly to patient inquiries
- Schedule and reschedule patients to the appropriate clinic using various EMR systems
- Provide exemplary customer service and assist with additional duties as directed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or call center preferred
- Lived addiction experience is a plus
