Patient Access Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist to provide support in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming and returning calls while responding quickly to patient inquiries
• Schedule and reschedule patients to the appropriate clinic using various EMR systems
• Provide exemplary customer service and assist with other duties as directed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or call center preferred
• Lived addiction experience is a plus
