Patient Access Specialist

Job Summary

To support timely access to Specialty Infusion Services, the fully remote Patient Access Specialist will coordinate referrals, manage intake documentation, and facilitate communication among patients, referral sources, and internal teams, while residing in the Pacific time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Engages with patients and referral sources to coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery services
• Creates and communicates all required documentation for new referrals
• Secures upfront payment from patients and assists in finding financial assistance when needed

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of related experience
• Ability to multi-task and manage numerous referrals in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
