Patient Access Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance Revenue Cycle operations, the full-time Patient Access Technical Specialist will provide expertise in the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of operational processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate system build, testing, workflow analysis, and training to ensure effective Revenue Cycle processes
• Communicate with staff and leadership to address operational issues and facilitate project progress
• Conduct functional assessments and provide operational data to management for quality assessment needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
• One year of relevant experience
• Experience with Epic and frontline workflows is preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and data entry
