Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Patient Access Specialist will manage incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and schedule appointments remotely while providing exemplary customer service.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming and returning calls while addressing patient inquiries promptly
  • Schedule and reschedule patients to the appropriate clinic using various EMR systems
  • Provide program-specific information and assist with additional duties as directed
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or call center preferred
  • Lived addiction experience is a plus
