Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Patient Access Specialist will manage incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and schedule appointments remotely while providing exemplary customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming and returning calls while addressing patient inquiries promptly
- Schedule and reschedule patients to the appropriate clinic using various EMR systems
- Provide program-specific information and assist with additional duties as directed
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or call center preferred
- Lived addiction experience is a plus
