Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Patient Access Specialist will manage patient registration, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling to enhance the patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient registration and verify insurance information accurately
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow to optimize service delivery
• Assist patients with inquiries and provide information regarding services and procedures

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
• Experience in a healthcare setting or patient access role is highly desirable
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
