Job Summary

To enhance patient experience, the full-time Patient Access Specialist will manage patient registration, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient registration processes and ensure accurate data entry
• Verify insurance information and communicate coverage details to patients
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare preferred
• Experience in a healthcare or customer service role
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days and weekends
