To enhance patient experiences, the full-time Patient Access Specialist will manage patient registration, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient registration processes and ensure accurate data entry
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for patients
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient flow

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus
• Previous experience in patient access or healthcare settings
• Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including day shifts
