  • Provide advanced services to patients, providers, and caregivers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Establish expertise in payer trends, reporting any reimbursement trends/delays to management
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years of experience in customer service, medical billing and coding, benefits verification, healthcare, or business administration
  • Advanced customer service experience and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
