Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist in the Engagement Center.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer a high volume of calls per day using a multi-line phone
Schedule appointments for multiple clinical sites according to client-specific protocols
Gather and input patient demographic and insurance information into the practice management system

Required Qualifications:

1 year of experience in healthcare patient service
1 year of experience handling a high volume of inbound calls
Experience using an EMR (Medical Records) and/or scheduling software
Strong Internet speed and access to router via Ethernet Cord (Minimum speed: 20mbps Download & 6mbps Upload)
