Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist in the Engagement Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of calls per day using a multi-line phone
- Schedule appointments for multiple clinical sites according to client-specific protocols
- Gather and input patient demographic and insurance information into the practice management system
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in healthcare patient service
- 1 year of experience handling a high volume of inbound calls
- Experience using an EMR (Medical Records) and/or scheduling software
- Strong Internet speed and access to router via Ethernet Cord (Minimum speed: 20mbps Download & 6mbps Upload)
