Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals, intake documentation, and communication among patients, referral sources, and internal teams
• Create and obtain required documentation for new referrals and secure upfront payments
• Support activities for clean claims management and assist supervisors with special assignments

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of two years of related experience required
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• High degree of customer service skills required
• Previous healthcare or medical billing experience preferred
