Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Patient Access Staffing Coordinator will provide tactical workforce planning, real-time support, and analytical insights to ensure optimal staffing and service levels within the Patient Access Center.
Key responsibilities
- Forecast demand and optimize schedules to maintain appropriate staffing levels
- Monitor real-time performance and respond to operational disruptions effectively
- Analyze trends to enhance performance and reduce risk within the access center
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of experience in workforce management in a high-volume contact center
- Current Patient Access Center team member with 1+ years of experience and demonstrated capability in workforce functions
- Proficient understanding of forecasting, capacity planning, and service-level performance
- Ability to assess real-time conditions and respond quickly to operational challenges
- Experience in staff scheduling is preferred
