Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Supervisor for a remote full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily support and guidance to direct reports
Oversee team staffing, coaching, and performance improvement plans
Analyze referral trends, new products, and access solutions

Required Qualifications:

At least 3 years home infusion pharmacy experience
At least 3 years of experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care reimbursement guidelines
Previous healthcare management experience
Previous medical and pharmacy benefit experience
Ability to interpret payor contract fee schedules based on NDC and HCPCS units
