Patient Access Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Supervisor to support the Home Infusion Specialty Pharmacy remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides daily support and guidance to the Patient Access team
• Oversees staffing, coaching, annual reviews, and performance improvement plans
• Serves as a point of escalation for complex customer issues and conducts candidate sourcing and onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 3 years of specialty pharmacy, home infusion pharmacy, and/or reimbursement experience
• Previous healthcare management experience is required
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care reimbursement guidelines
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word
