Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Patient Access.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Patient Access functions, including admissions, discharges, and transfers, while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
• Develop workflows to improve patient data accuracy and enhance financial processes related to pre-authorizations and patient assistance programs
• Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement, manage staffing levels, and provide ongoing training and mentorship to staff

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a healthcare or business-related field or 4 years of related experience required
• Previous experience with health insurance is desired
• Strong management skills and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage change effectively and communicate organizational goals
• Experience in quality assurance and critical thinking
