Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Access Supervisor to manage day-to-day patient access and scheduling operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily patient access and scheduling operations for the assigned site Contact Center
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient access and service quality
- Supervise and develop Contact Center staff, providing guidance and performance feedback
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate's degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in patient access, scheduling, registration, or customer service in a healthcare environment required
- 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a relevant field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of patient access workflows and HIPAA regulations
