Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Supervisor to manage day-to-day patient access and scheduling operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily patient access and scheduling operations for the assigned site Contact Center
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient access and service quality
  • Supervise and develop Contact Center staff, providing guidance and performance feedback
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 3 years of experience in patient access, scheduling, registration, or customer service in a healthcare environment required
  • 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a relevant field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of patient access workflows and HIPAA regulations
