- Administer daily operations of the Patient Engagement Center to achieve goals and objectives
- Motivate and develop Care Access Liaisons and Referral Services Specialists
- Ensure high-level personalized customer service and maintain operational performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of progressively responsible work experience in a healthcare environment
- 2 years of experience leading teams to enhance customer experience
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Office SharePoint, and Team Foundation Server
