Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Patient Access, Full Time, Day, Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer daily operations of the Patient Engagement Center to achieve goals and maintain high customer service standards
  • Motivate and develop Care Access Liaisons and Referral Services Specialists to foster a positive team environment
  • Serve as an entry point and informational resource for patients navigating the health system
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years of progressively responsible work experience in a healthcare environment
  • 2 years of experience leading teams to enhance customer experience and performance
  • Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Office SharePoint, and Team Foundation Server
