Job Summary

To ensure efficient operations within the Patient Access Center, the full-time Patient Access Supervisor will direct and supervise daily activities, manage patient appointment coordination, and assure service excellence in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Direct and supervise the daily activities of the Patient Access Center team
  • Manage the coordination of patient appointments and assessments to ensure appropriate scheduling
  • Ensure service excellence for patients, physicians, and internal customers
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 4 years of medical office or call center experience required
  • Knowledge of IDX, EPIC, and related programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
