Job Summary
Providing leadership and guidance to the Patient Access Staff, the full-time remote Patient Access Supervisor will oversee scheduling operations, ensure timely communication, and resolve escalated customer concerns while supporting the Patient Access Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees scheduling staff and coordinates daily efforts with other Patient Access Supervisors
- Monitors staff activities, productivity, and timecards, completing statistical reports as assigned
- Ensures staff training and adherence to policies, while maintaining effective communication with the Patient Access Manager
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience, with a focus on scheduling and registration
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and possess strong computer skills
- Ability to work remotely with flexibility to come into the office as needed
