Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team remotely, the full-time Supervisor Patient Access will oversee patient registration processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and foster a patient-centered culture while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the Patient Access team to ensure exceptional patient service
• Oversee patient registration processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor daily operations and help resolve patient and staff concerns in a professional manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; college degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of leadership experience is preferred
• Previous cash handling experience is preferred
