Patient Access Supervisor

Job Summary

To support daily operations, the full-time Patient Access Supervisor will coordinate and supervise staff activities, assist with departmental process improvements, and ensure management consistency in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist department managers with day-to-day operations and process improvements
• Coordinate and supervise co-workers and departmental activities
• Proactively identify trends, issues, and potential solutions within the department

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience required
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in the healthcare field preferred
• Familiarity with software and systems utilized in the department preferred
