Job Summary

Overseeing the daily operations of the Patient Registration team, the full-time Supervisor, Patient Access - Specialty Operations - CA will ensure a seamless onboarding experience for patients and referral partners, while managing team performance and productivity in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily performance, focusing on quality, speed, and customer service of the Patient Registration team
• Interview, hire, and train team members, while managing performance appraisals and resolving employee issues
• Educate the team on patient onboarding processes and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year of related supervisory experience or three to five years of patient registration experience
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple referrals in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills and a detail-oriented approach
• Experience in troubleshooting and collaborating with cross-functional teams
