Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key support resource for the Patient Access Services team and assist with workflow and system function inquiries
  • Coordinate and facilitate training for new team members and assist in work assignments and re-assignments
  • Cover certain duties in the Supervisor's absence and use independent judgment in issue resolution and staff scheduling


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 6 months of related patient access team experience or 1 year of prior patient access experience required
  • Preferred: 2 years of experience in Patient Access, Customer Service, and Leadership
  • Preferred: CHAA or CRCR certification
