Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Team Lead to oversee daily operations of the Patient Access team in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily workflow distribution and monitor work queues to ensure compliance with service level agreements
  • Provide training, coaching, and conduct quality audits for team members
  • Analyze workflow trends and recommend process improvements while ensuring effective communication within the team


Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 months as a Patient Access agent with at least 1 year of tenure
  • Proven success in meeting production and quality goals (QA score of 95% or higher)
  • Active participation in peer training initiatives and completion of relevant leadership courses
  • Experience in handling escalated calls and effective de-escalation techniques
  • Involvement in special projects is preferred
