Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Patient Access.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee insurance verification, registration edits, referrals, and authorizations
  • Coordinate training and mentorship for new hires while supporting team productivity and quality standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA policies while managing patient data and communications
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Preferred experience in a Team Lead or coordinator role
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of healthcare or physician's office experience related to pre-authorizations
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT codes, and individual payor websites
  • Proficiency with MS Office and experience with healthcare software preferred
