Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Access Brand Technology Lead, Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technology liaison between business stakeholders and the technology implementation team to lead CRM strategy and execution
- Plan and oversee a portfolio of technology projects from ideation to completion, ensuring cross-functional alignment
- Champion organizational change and define user-centric approaches to enhance productivity within technology tools
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent qualifications with varying years of experience
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, specifically US Patient Services
- Excellent project and portfolio management skills
- Proficiency in business process analysis and optimization
- Experience with Salesforce CRM platforms is preferred
