Patient Access Workleader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Workleader to oversee patient registration processes and provide operational support in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Function as the department work lead and provide oversight for daily operations
• Recommend and execute policies to ensure timely and accurate patient registration resolution
• Train caregivers and complete operational tasks, including staff scheduling and performance evaluations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with four years of customer-facing experience, or an Associate's Degree with three years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with two years of experience
• Basic PC software application knowledge and ability to use multiple data systems
• Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology or completion of a relevant course within one year of hire
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including mobility and strength for the role
