Patient Account Analyst

Job Summary

Patient Account Analyst, this full-time remote position involves supporting operations improvement by identifying issues, analyzing data, and implementing process enhancements to optimize revenue cycle metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot operational issues and conduct data analysis to identify trends and recommend system fixes
• Monitor system optimization opportunities and assist in tracking implementation statuses
• Support Epic upgrade testing and perform other assigned analytical projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, accounting, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of four years of applicable experience in project management
• Master's degree in a related field may substitute for two years of experience
• Epic Certification/Proficiency preferred in a revenue cycle application
• Knowledge of core systems and revenue cycle operational workflows
