Job Summary

To enhance the patient experience, the full-time Patient Account Analyst will manage patient inquiries regarding registration, billing, and collections while posting payments, adjustments, and denials to accounts in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Contact patients to address questions about their hospital or physician bills
• Post payments, adjustments, and denials to patient accounts
• Resolve billing and collection inquiries to improve patient satisfaction

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in medical registration, billing, customer service, or collections
