Job Summary

To support the Patient Revenue Management Organization, the full-time remote Patient Account Analyst will coordinate, prepare, and analyze complex accounts receivable and financial reports, while identifying process improvements and serving as an expert resource for leadership.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage Service Now review and testing, including identifying process improvements and collaborating with the DHTS Maestro Care team
  • Conduct accounts receivable reviews to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement, while preparing reports for leadership
  • Organize and lead committee meetings related to accounts receivable and financial data operation improvements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, accounting, finance, or a related field
  • A minimum of four years of applicable experience in project management with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of billing/collections and insurance claims processes
  • Experience with Epic and IT-related training/testing is essential
